The products are ordered on the e-commerce website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the delivery terms in force at the time.

Payment and payment methods

Stripe cooperates with US banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Stripe appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Stripe maintains a payment institution license. In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

You can use the online payment buttons offered by US banks, or you can pay with VISA and MasterCard or with PayPal.

Order and payment confirmation

Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. To issue order confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery options are:


Orders are mailed on weekdays. Whenever possible, orders will be shipped the day the order is placed or the next business day at the latest. Delivery time for products delivered from stock is usually 3–5 work days. Shipping costs to the US are not charged but are included in the price of the product.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately but within 14 days to the online store. Packages damaged in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. Deviations in delivery times are announced on the front page of the online store.

Right of cancellation and return policy

You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. You must indicate your name, address, order date and product in the cancellation notice, and it must be sent by e-mail to support@avantolifestyle.com or by mail to the return address below. The product must be returned by mail within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to your product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for impairment.

If you want to return or exchange products after the review period, please contact us directly. When returning a product, include your name and contact information and account number. We will refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice if the product has been returned or has been proven to have been mailed to the return address.

The retailer takes full responsibility for any product returns and complaints.

If your company is paying for the return:

• Email: support@avantolifestyle.com (subject line: RMA) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the date generated on the invoice.
• Once we process your return, we will email you a return shipping label that you can attach to the package. You may then mail the product back to us.
• Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your package. Returns that do not have an RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense).
• Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded through the original method of payment.
• Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

Unredeemed package

Non-redemption is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. For a non-redeemed package that has not been notified separately, we will charge a payment.

Problems with delivery

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of Cancellation and Return Policy or by calling the telephone number listed in the contact information. If the package is damaged during shipment, a complaint must be made to the US Postal Service immediately.
